Elisa Sbaragli is a choreographer who conducts her own authorial research interested in the possibility of destructuring the shapes of the body and movement to identify a multitude of possible visions and imageries.
Since 2023 she has been working on Se domani, winner of the residence calls Citofonare PimOff 2023/2024 and HOME Calling 2023. Starring Alice Raffaelli and Lorenzo De Simone, with the dramatic composition by Eliana Rotella, winner of the 2023 Biennale College, and the soundscape by Edoardo Sansonne.
Some of her creations include Mirada (winner of the 2024 Danza Urbana XL) and Sull’irrequietezza del divenire (winner of the 2021 Bodyscape call).
In 2023 she participated in CRISOL – CREATIVE PROCESSES, working in Norway with Heide Avdal and Yukiko Shinozaki on the project titled elsewhere & elsewhen.
In 2017 she finished Azione, directed by Sosta Palmizi, and in 2013 she obtained the Two-Year Professional Training for Contemporary Dance certificate at the C.I.M.D., directed by Franca Ferrari.
