Perypezye Urbane was founded in 2005 as a collective of artists and a cultural organization based in Milan.

In 2010 Perypezye Urbane founded Studio28 Tv, a cultural web TV supported by MiBac and the Culture program of the European Commission. Since May 2010, Perypezye Urbane is a member of Culture Action Europe. It has 3 main projects funded by the European Commission: Share Culture, Music in Progress and DanceMe UP (currently on going and supported by Creative Europe).

Since 2018 Perypezye has been recognized and supported by the Italian Ministry of Culture

(MiBac) as a Dance Production Organization thanks to the app of DanceMe* – now recognized as an official tool for dance production – which allows to share artists’s creative process with audience.

Perypezye Urbane enriches its artistic experience by organizing events related to performing arts, contemporary art and the web, often in collaboration with institutions (Municipality of Milan, Province of Milan, Lombardy Region, Cariplo Foundation).

The mission is to promote research and education on the performing arts and digital media and cultures.

Perypezye Urbane aims to create a strong bond between dancers, artists, performers and “scholars” in general, interested in developing research in the field of performing arts, visual arts, social sciences aimed at the movement of the arts and urban anthropology.
